Summary: Check in process was extremely frustrating. Long wait times and front desk attitude was not supportive of a good experience. Basic rule - Front desk should NOT be answering other inquiries over the phone when there is a long line up at the front desk. The person I was dealing with answered 3 separate phone calls while he was checking me in, and kept forgetting where he left the process. Felt very rude and inconsiderate. Even during out stay, we found requests left at the Front desk staff were being missed as shifts changed. Felt they need a better system to communicate internally as well. Facilities, cleanliness, rooms, pool and common areas were excellent! Breakfast was really good and had lots of variety. Location of hotel is good (ideal next to highway). Though car theft does happen in the area - front desk was giving steering wheel locks for additional safety.

Summary: The Hamptons is always a fantastic place to stay—spacious rooms, spotless cleanliness, and a warm breakfast with a wide variety of choices. My boys are absolutely hooked on the waffle machines!

Summary: Great hotel, just a 20 minute drive to downtown, and many places close by to grab grocery, snacks, take-out, etc. The kitchen staff was incredible, the hotel was clean. We would stay here again!

Summary: The room that I booked was not available- given to someone else. I was given no refund. I was given a bottle of water, a bag of chips and a cookie for my troubles. Check in was not pleasant- person Did not speak hardly at all.

Summary: Check-in was smooth and the staff member who attended us was very friendly. Set a wonderful tone for our stay. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the kids had a great time in the pool. We would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: The staff were friendly and our room was comfortable. Our only complaint is that our room was not cleaned at all the day after we checked in. We left our room just after 10 am and returned just after 9pm and our bed had not been made nor our wet towels replaced with clean ones. We had to call the front desk to ask for fresh towels so that we could shower the next morning. We weren’t expecting our sheets to be changed only that our bed be made, our waste baskets be emptied and our dirty towels be replaced with clean ones. That was frustrating.

Summary: Room was OK. No maid service cleaned the room (no bed made nor new towels) during the stay. Rooms above were noisy. No way to have the fan run without the heat or A/C on. Requested a fan for the room but never heard back. Breakfast was good but not enough seating to hold all the people at breakfast.
